The After Shower Moisturizer Your Routine is Missing: Curél Hydra Therapy Wet Skin Moisturizer

I’ve shared some of the best skin moisturizer tips in my 7 years of blogging. Some of my best tips involving the skin start right in the bathroom.

Remember when I taught you that showering with hot water was a no-no? Using super hot water in the shower opens your pores and dries out your skin, causing it to be dry and itchy – always shower with warm water.

I also taught you to use a water softener to reduce mineral deposits on your skin. Not only does it affect your skin, but your hair, dishes, and laundry.

I’m back once again to reiterate a very important tip and introduce you one of the best wet skin moisturizers on the market. What’s the important tip? Moisturize your skin as soon as you exit the shower to lock in moisture. What’s the best skin moisturizer to use for this? Curél Hydra Therapy Wet Skin Moisturizer !

I’ve had dry skin my entire life, and I know that moisturizing is necessary, but none of the lotions I’ve tried seem to do the trick. Reading the label on this one, I knew immediately this moisturizer was different. The instructions tell you to apply it to your wet skin, right after you bathe, and before you dry off. You don’t need to wait for it to sink in, just towel off and go about your day.  See, after you shower, your pores are open which means it’s the perfect time to apply moisturizer. Curél Hydra Therapy Wet Skin Moisturizer contains ceramides to penetrate deeply into the skin’s surface, replenishing the skin’s ceramide levels and repairs the skin’s moisture barrier. It absorbs immediately, has no greasy feel, fragrance free and makes the skin feel more hydrated instantly.

I’ve used other, often heavily scented lotions that just didn’t deliver. From the start, this lotion was different than any other. Applied to wet skin right after you jump out of the shower but before you dry off, this fragrance-free lotion left my skin feeling more hydrated. With daily use, the dry patches I had smoothed out and my skin looks more nourished and healthy.

That’s all there is to it – simply step out of the shower and rub it on your wet skin. Don’t worry about massaging it in, just dry off with a towel as normal to get super soft, moist, supple skin. And yes, your towel will be in safe hands. Curél Hydra Therapy Wet Skin Moisturizer is not greasy, so your towel will not be ruined.

Discover softer skin by visiting Curel’s website.

I use a handmade dry oil spray from a local small businesswoman, when I use anything. I’ve also got quite a bit of her lotions and body butters if I need something heavier.

I make sure to use a good moisturizer right after getting out of the shower and it helps to keep me from getting such dry skin.

Honestly I forget to moisturize a lot. I’m not proud of it. 😀
I always shower after I run every morning and I’m just in such a rush to get out, towel off and eat because I’m starving by that point.
But this product would be really great! I could just put it on in the shower and not have to worry about it afterwards! thanks!

Great article! I have been doing a lot of research on how to moisturize and lock hydration into my skin after my showers. The Beauty insiders website have given me super great tips and I recently started using the Olay lotions that were recommended through them and I love it. My skin feels amazing. And didn’t cost me a lot.
