Glowing skin exfoliating treatment

  • 2 cups of Epsom salt
  • 1/4 cup of petroleum jelly
  • A few drops of lavender oil

Use this mixture to gently scrub away dry, flaky skin

Bathtime Bliss

Add two cups of Epsom salt to your bath water and soak for at least 12 minutes. Add eucalyptus oil for a relaxing scent.

Pedicure Perfection 

Dissolve a half cup of Epsom Salt into two quarts of warm water. Pour the water into a container and soak your bare feet for 15 to 20 minutes. Add eucalyptus oil for a relaxing scent. Massage the entire foot with Epsom salt to remove any dry, rough patches. Rinse with clean tap water and dry thoroughly.
