Beauty Bloggers Round Up The Best Mascara For National Lash Day

[maxbutton id=”2″ ]

Today is National Lash Day! It’s the day to give a shoutout to the best mascara, false lashes, or both!

In celebration of this fantastic day, I got with a few of my fabulous beauty blogger friends to round up their favorite mascaras. Check it out!

Shanta, Bury Me In Red Lipstick
Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara, $8.99

Maybelline Lash Sensational

My lashes feel nonexistent so when I put this mascara on they’re out front. It’s super black and gives me the glam look I like. I think my eyes pop when I wear it so it’s a fave

Courtney, Black Girl Gone K Beauty
Covergirl Queen Collection False Lash Drama, $7.49

Covergirl queen collection false lash drama

I love this mascara because it gives me drama of false lashes without having to use fake lashes. It gives me a lot of fullness and a bold eye. It doesn’t clump at all and it’s small wand applicator is bomb.

Two bloggers love Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara, $23, here’s what they had to say:

Too Faced better than sex

Mallory, Feed Her Style

Honestly, I’ve never repurchased a mascara as much as this one — I just keep going back to it. (Every time I try to leave something keeps pulling me back, me back). This mascara gives me a falsies look without wearing falsies. I love a thickening and volumizing mascara that brings attention to my eyes and BTS does just that.

Olivia, Olivia Frescura

This mascara is EVERYTHING for my short sparse lashes. It gives the best false lash effect for my lashes because it’s not too wet & not too dry. I recently ran out of my last tube and will definitely purchase it when I run out of other mascaras I’m testing. I prefer the sample sizes because it does dry out after a few weeks and you never run out of a full size before it expires!

Lily, Cave of Beauty
Covergirl Lash Blast Volume Mascara, $8.99

Cover Girl Lash Blast delivers visible volume and length with just one coat, which is absolutely amazing. This has been my go to mascara primarily because it can give me dramatic lashes without the need for any falsies (I’m a falsie kinda gal). When I wear this mascara, I’ve actually had people ask if I’m wearing false lashes and they’re always shocked when I say “no”. It’s the perfect mascara to bring attention to your eyes if you’re doing a more natural look. Also, it comes off easily with a waterproof makeup remover and doesn’t leave any residual product on your lashes which is always a plus! Probably the best thing about this mascara is that it doesn’t clump up on your lashes! It provides a very smooth application even with 3-4 coats (I’m dramatic, I know). Cover Girl did not disappoint with this!

Brandy, Brown Beauty Mom
Rimmel London Scandaleyes, $6.99

My lashes are super short and curly. Scandaleyes gives my lashes drama. It’s waterproof.

Tiffany, Soul to Seoul
MAC False Lashes Extreme Black, $23

I love that it comes in two versions. Full size as well as a mini travel size. True to its name, it leaves my lashes dramatically long, black with a lovely curl. Absolutely no clumping and I’ve been using it for over 6 months now!

What’s your favorite mascara? I think everyone knows what is the best mascara in my opinion.

Don’t forget to follow me on Twitter, I’m giving away mascara all day, today only!
