BECCA Beach Tint Watermelon/Moonstone Shimmer Souffle Swatches And Review

Disclosure: Contains press samples

BECCA Cosmetics Beach Tint Shimmer Soufflé is an air whipped blush that leaves the skin with a light flush of shimmer and color. Shimmer Soufflés’ were released Summer 2014, but this product is new to me, so it’s going to be new to you! Plus it’s still in stock, so it’s a relevant post.

The packaging is very small. At first glance, you would think you are about to purchase an eyeshadow, but no, it’s a blush. Open the screw top to reveal this fluffy combination of a scarlet red and gold shimmery product. Watermelon/Moonstone Shimmer Souffle is a stain, blush, illuminzer and highlighter all in one.

Once swatched, the colors mix to produce a beautiful, pinkish coral. The shimmer is very fine but light reflective and hypnotizing. The scent, fruity like watermelon candy. Once you apply to the cheeks, you will not be able to smell it, but someone that’s really close can! The scent lingers for 15 minutes. The texture is light, whipped and creamy. You can literally apply this with your fingers and look fab.

Pigmentation is moderate but buildable, though I  wouldn’t recommend going heavy. The goal is to add a light flush of color to the cheeks.

Personally, I think anyone can wear Watermelon, but it would look great on someone with medium to deep skin tones. If your skin is warm toned, this is your blush!

Like any other luxury product, greatness comes at a price. BECCA Beach Tint Watermelon Shimmer Soufflé retails for $27. Pick this blush up at Sephora, Ulta or shop BECCA online.
