Imagine my surprise when I opened my Curlkit September box to find it filled to the rim with full-size products (nothing new really) from Dax!
Dax is a well-known brand in the African American community for creating pomades and other hair products for black hair, specifically black men. According to the brand’s about me page, the brand now offers products that appeal to all ethnicities (???), and part of that expansion was the creation of Dax For Naturals. Curlkit included two products from Dax Naturals Core line, and two other products from Dax to complete the Dax Naturals takeover box.
Dax for Naturals Curling Cream combines regenerative mango and kokum butter to bring your curls to life while NaturalAtum defines and locks in curls. It also contains broccoli seed oil, and natural alternative to silicone to leave your hair with radiant shine.
Dax for Naturals Protein Treatment aims to restore proteins and amino acids lost over to processed hair and overexposure to inclement weather. Hydrolyzed collagen, wheat proteins, and broccoli seed oil will leave your hair touchably soft and smooth.
Dax Ideal Edge Control, $4.99
Keep your edges in check with Dax Ideal Edge Control. This clear, gel-like formula manages to control frizz all day without flakes. Black Jamaican Castor Oil strengthens promotes and moisturizes healthy hair.
Dax Beeswax, $4.36

I haven’t had a chance to try the Dax for Naturals products yet, it’s been a really long month, but I’ll shoot for trying them out in the next couple of weeks. Be sure to follow me on Twitter and stay tuned for updates.
