Discover Spring Fashion Trends For Less With Burlington

I took a little shopping trip to Burlington in search of trendy items at a fraction of the cost. In case you didn’t know, Burlington offers many on trend, fashionable pieces at up to 65% off department store prices every day. Here’s a quick overview of some popular spring trends:

Prints

Prints have always been huge during the Spring, but this year brings about a new kind of print trend- fun prints. Lips, fruits and 60’s inspired floral prints ruled the runway.

Florals

Nothing beats a soft floral print. I personally love floral print on a shirt, but it also looks great on your favorite accesory, like a sleek handbag.

White with a pop of color

This is where you grab an all white dress and pair it with a colorful chunky necklace, or a stack of bracelets or even a hot pair of neon shoes. The choice is yours but the circular theme is a white outfit, with colorful accessories.

Color block

Color block is a fun trend that is going nowhere anytime soon. Take a pink top and pair it with a hot, yellow bottom. Or a yellow top with cobalt blue bottoms. The choices are endless.

Blush toned pieces

Blush toned pieces are soft, feminine and chic. Blush tones were huge fall 2011, but they are back once again this time during Spring!

These current trends inspired me to pick up two different outfits from Burlington to usher in spring:

I am a huge fan of the white with a pop of color trend, so I picked up a white dress and paired it with a chunky, aqua colored necklace. The dress has beautiful lace detail on the upper portion and it is very soft, light and flowy. This is my favorite Burlington pick and I will be wearing this on Easter for sure!

I also love the blush toned trend, so I picked up a cute blush top to pair with maybe a white pair of pants. I also snagged these studs to complete the look.

I was able to stay on trend and snag both outfits for $96.72. What fashion trend will you be following this season?

I think I love many of these trends. Particularly the florals and prints. I usually wear dark colors, but secretly I love the lighter stuff too. Also, Burlington sounds like an awesome place to shop.

I have a love/hate relationship with Burlington lol. II;ve been shopping there off and on for many years. In New England the stores are packed with amazing coats and adorable winter gear like hats and scarves. The ones down in Florida are not as good. It’s very “hit or miss” which is fun if you’re just out browsing, but frustrating if you need to find a specific type of item. Sometime I walk out of there with soooo much awesome stuff though! It’s just like TJ Maxx, ya know. Great prices, but like most minimum wage jobs, you really can’t expect much from the employees.

I do too, mainly because there is not a vast selection of plus sized items at my store.

I need to get there…there’s one about 40min from where I live. I’m too lazy to go all the way out there but I’ve heard there are so many great deals!

We don’t have BUrlington here in the area so I will check them out online. It’s always nice to snag some deals on clothing.

I haven’t been to Burlington in what seems like forever. However, I can also count on them to have a seasonal dress or skirt that I will fall in love with.
