We are well into the month of June, so if you are ready to get that perfect fake bake tan especially on your face, you need Fake Bake Bamboo Buffing Polish.
Bamboo buffing polish is an exfoliant for the face, to polish away the dead skin, leaving a clean, exfoliated face that will make for an even, more glowing tan. Check out my thoughts
Packaging: This is a 2oz squeeze tube bottle, it squeezes from the bottom so more than likely you will be able to get product out till the last drop. I have been exfoliating with it for the past 2 weeks, so I am nowhere near the bottom yet. The tube is not large, but there’s a good amount in there considering you will not need to use this on a regular basis.
Scent: Almost beachy. You can smell the sunflower oil. This is very fragrant so beware if you are sensitive to strong overpowering scents. The smell sticks for a little while after rinsing.
Effectiveness: It is wonderful. This is an exfoliator that is is gentle enough to use daily, but effective enough that you only have to use once a week. I would recommend using this pre-Fake Bake treatment to get the best use out of this product.
Texture: While it is very gritty, because of the powdered bamboo, it is very gentle and not as painful as St.Ives Apricot Scrub. Fake Bake’s scrub is very easy to rinse off, and it does not leave grit behind.
The best thing that I discovered about this scrub was it’s wonderful ability to retain moisture, promote circulation, and calm and soothe the skin. So when you are done, you will not be left with red, swollen, inflamed skin.
Last but not least, Fake Bake buffing polish is paraben free. So make sure you use this within 12 months.
Fake Bake is on sale right now for $11.95 and when you buy one, you get another one free!
