With the new year comes the standard resolutions. Some people want to quit smoking, others want to stop drinking, some seek a renewed attitude and people like me? I just want to watch my weight. Weight loss has always been a challenge for me. I enter into every new year with the notion that I will lose a few pounds, only to be the same weight or larger when it’s over. I think I focus too much on exercise, and not enough on portion control and eating right.
And let’s face it, I don’t eat right. I’m a rib fanatic. As a matter of fact, I love all things pork. Ok well not all, but I love my bacon and I love ribs. If I’m up late at night, I’m up eating ice cream, which is why I accumulated enough Talenti jars to make a slew of cups for my brushes. Paired with not eating right, there are times I don’t eat at all. Especially in the morning. I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but I rarely eat it. Due to poor time management and getting five kids ready for school, when I’m finished I’m exhausted. It’s time to blog, and not time to eat.
So the opportunity was presented to me to try Weight Watchers Simple Start. This program was specially designed to show people like me how to eat right and still be satisfied. There are a ton of meals-breakfast, lunch and dinner that Weight Watchers created from their Weight Watchers Power Food. It’s simple. Download the app and begin!
I look forward to trying this new program, learning how to eat right, and dropping a few pounds! Stay tuned for my next post soon!
