Thanks to Twitter, a follower put a bug in my ear that Makeup Revolution bronze and blush palettes were affordable with excellent quality, so it was only natural that I conducted a well needed Ulta haul and purchased the Bronze Palette, Blush Palette and Cover & Conceal Palette. Swatches of all the palettes are coming up soon, but we will tackle the Bronze Palette first.
Makeup Revolution launched in London in March 2014 delivering revolutionary performance and quality, in every product at revolutionary prices. The brand started selling these super affordable products in the United States, at most Ulta retailers.
Makeup Revolution All About Bronzed palette is a bronzer palette with three finishes: matte, baked and shimmer in an 8 pan palette. The bronzers do not have individual names so I will swatch the top row first and the bottom row next:
Overall for the $10 price tag, it’s worth it. The shades are well pigmented with exception to the baked shade on the top row.
Is it black girl friendly? Of course it is! I did swatch it on my husband (no, he won’t let me photograph it) and the shades show up phenomenally on deeper skin tones.
