It Cosmetics Miracle Water 3-in-1 Glow Tonic Review

[maxbutton id=”2″ ]

I love micellar water. The marriage between soft water and tiny bubbles of cleansing water yields super soft skin. I love glow tonics. The combination of Vitamin C and heavy water gives the skin an instant glow. Essences? I love them too. They deliver powerful ingredients to the skin, leaving it soft, moisturized and pH balanced. What would you do if a skincare brand combined all three products into one, for the ultimate experience?

Well…wonder no more.

It Cosmetics Miracle Water 3-in-1 Glow Tonic combines micellar water, with glow tonic, with an essence to purify, balance, and brighten the look of your skin instantly.

Miracle Water is infused with Secret Sauce Fermented Complex, a clinically advanced combination of 7 penetration-enhancing fermented ingredients, it helps to increase absorbency and improve the efficacy of your moisturizers and serums. Miracle water also contains an all-star line up of hydrolyzed collagen, rose, aloe (soothes), rice, chamomile, green tea water, licorice root and vitamin c, with diamond powder to finish, giving you a youthful glow.

How to use

You have two options- use after cleansing, or in place of your cleanser. Simply add a few drops to a cleansing pad and wipe clean.

My thoughts

Skin type: Dry

I was anticipating the launch of this product, as I received a tiny sample along with another product I received some time ago. This product is micellar water meets super gentle exfoliant meets Korean essence.

As we have discussed in the past, probiotics in skin care are on the rise and for good reason- these good strains of bacteria keep the skin at optimal pH which inhibits the growth of acne-causing bacteria and encourages the growth of skin-friendly flora which fights off bacteria and environmental damage (click here if you missed this).

When cleansing after a full face of makeup, I found it to be a little difficult to remove mascara and waterproof eyeliner, so I would recommend double cleansing and using Miracle Water as the second step, to avoid pulling and tugging on the skin.

When cleansing after a long day, but no makeup, I found Miracle Water to be extremely hydrating and cleansing. I especially love using Miracle Water in the morning as part of my routine, because it gives my skin a glow that you just can’t deny.

Considering the size of Miracle Water, and the all-star ingredient list- diamond powder, pearl extract, turmeric, aloe, probiotics, squalane and more, this tonic is worth every single penny.

It Cosmetics Miracle Water 3-in-1 Glow Tonic retails $38. Snag this at Sephora or itcosmetics.comĀ
