Maybelline added a new palette to their collection, The Blushed Nudes. This palette joins The Nudes and The Brights (which I never found) to create a solid trio of eyeshadow palettes to create eye looks for less. I wanted to share swatches of the palette to help you decide if it is worth a trip!
The Blushed Nudes is a 12 pan palette with a mixture of rose toned shadows, metallic shades and taupes. There is also a mixture of finishes: matte, satin and metallic. The mattes perform the worst in the palette, the metallic and satin shades perform the best. I found that picking with shades with the applicator that comes in the palette works best.
At first swatch you will assume this palette will swatch horribly, but what I did was, I loosened each shade up a bit with my index finger. This allowed for more intense pigmentation.
Here are swatches of the six from the top row. They do not have names of course.

Maybelline The Blushed Nudes retails for $9.99. You can find this palette at Walmart and other mass merchant retailers.
