Hi! I hope you all had a happy holiday season!
In case you’re suffering from the post-holiday blues, Julie from Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer has something to cheer you up! Spark In The Dark is a winter collection that’ll perk you up, even if it’s below freezing!
Bound To The City Life (three coats): Dark teal jelly with purple, navy, red, green, and silver holo microglitters.
Counting Down Until I See You (two coats): Light pink microglitter with accents of gunmetal and silver reflective beads.
It’s Almost Midnight (two coats): Medium-dark grey creme with strong blue shimmer and blue flash.
Never Danced Like This Before (two coats): Navy holo with teal shimmers.
She’s Electricity (two coats): Hot pink holo with pink and aqua shimmers and purple-blue iridescent microglitters.
Wanna Fall In Love Tonight (two coats): Red-leaning purple satin with delicate golden red shimmer.
The Years Have Been Short (two coats): Jelly base tinted slightly white with white microglitter, silver reflective beads, blue/purple iridescent microglitters, strong blue shimmer, and a smattering of various shades of blue microglitters.
Hypothermia (two coats): Purple holo with purple shimmers. It is only available as the bonus polish if you buy the whole collection.
Sirens Are Made For Water, Not Snow (two coats): Sheer blue creme with satin finish and strong purple flash. This is a limited edition polish in the tradition of Julie’s numbered Siren series.
My personal favorites are Counting Down Until I See You, Never Danced Like This Before and Hypothermia. The holographic polishes apply well, but the cremes are a bit sheer and may need a third coat. The glitters are full-coverage yet easy to apply.
