Spring 2015 CAUSEBOX By Sevenly

Disclosure: I was provided a box to review

Spring is definitely the season of (world) change! CAUSEBOX By Sevenly is a seasonal subscription box packed with socially conscious products for women. The products included in every box gives back to underprivileged communities, helps provide jobs and income in underdeveloped areas, raises awareness for different charitable initiatives, empower people and try to make the world a better place. Now that’s a powerful box.

Check out what’s inside:

Denik “Be The Change” Journal ($17.99)

Denik believes Art Can Change The World and that may be true! The “Be The Change” Journal features the empowering quote from Gandhi that you can use to doodle, write or journal the changes you plan to make in the world. This is a Sevenly exclusive notebook.

Half United “Fighting Hunger” Necklace ( $34)

If you recall, I covered this necklace back in December 2014 in the Winter Popsugar Must Haves Box. Half United created a ball chain style necklace with a bullet (a real bullet) charm. I will admit, I was confused about the symbolization of the bullet, in reference to hunger, and this is the explanation:

We decided to include it because it is the signature and most popular
piece of jewelry made by Half United, which is a company we
admire for really taking a strong stance against the hunger
crisis. Half United donates an incredibly high amount of
their profits to the fight against hunger (50%!), and when we
talked to the designer and founder of the company she
explained that the necklace is symbolic of a movement away
from violence in the direction of positive change. The
necklace is made from recycled bullet casings — they are
melted down to symbolize the end of something negative,
while boldly representing action toward hunger relief

Tribe Alive Bracelet ($35)

Perf (short for Perfect) Turkish Towel is a Sevenly exclusive is a very light, absorbent, fast drying towel that’s perfect for a day on the beach or a picnic in the park.

“Good Day” Sevenly Cling ($9.99)

This is the perfect item for someone that wakes up on the wrong side of the bed sometimes. I mean we all do, so why not be greeted with a nice pick me up? The Good Day Cling peels on and off windows and bathroom mirrors with ease, while giving a very positive message.

Smarty Pants Vitamin Travel Packets ($4.25)

Smarty Pants partnered with Vitamin Angels to give vitamins to a child in need for every bottle of vitamins they sell. They have helped over 500,000 at-risk children and counting. These vitamins are made in California and not only are they nutritious, but very tasty!

Good Spread Peanut Butter and Honey

When you purchase Good Spread Peanut Butter, a malnourished child will receive an equivalent amount of therapeutic food.

Wow, those cause boxes do have many neat items in them. I love how it helps out charities. I don’t get the bullet for hunger necklace at all. As I have been shot and had the bullet made in to a necklace. As a reminder to never forget the day I was disabled permanently from someone I trusted.

I have heard such amazing things about the cause box. I think it’s such an amazing idea and think I’ve told. A handful of people about it in the last week alone. It’s super cool and anything to help a cause or causes I’m all for!

This subscription box is new to me, there are so many out there. I do however feel this one stands out because not only are we giving back, but we are giving back to cause of our choosing. Well done!
