Unleash The Power Of Charcoal With Gena Pedispa Detox System

Pedispa charcoal (1)

Black charcoal is well known for its highly effective detoxifying properties. Charcoal works like a magnet, attracting and absorbing thousands of times its own weight in dirt, oil, and impurities. Each particle has a porous surface area, allowing it to bind with many impurities, making the Gena Pedispa Detox System an excellent product to purify, polish and restore feet.

Detoxify with this system in 4 easy steps:

Step 1: Soak

The directions call for 0.5oz of Soak per gallon of water. Soak the feet for 5-10 minutes. This soak has a deep, floral, pleasing scent. The texture of this soak reminds me of Calgon water softener.  After soaking, I dried my feet and proceeded to the next step.

Step 2: Scrub

I apply 0.5 oz of scrub, smoothing over my feet and lower legs and massaged into my skin. If this scrub is too harsh for you, mix it with a little water, but my feet are rough so no dilution necessary for me! The texture of this scrub is very rough and has the scent of (believe it or not), brown Ampro hair gel. I personally love that scent, it’s very warm and not overpowering. It’s time to rinse and move on to the next step.

Step 3: Mask

Fun fact- I’ve never used a mask on my feet, so this was very exciting for me. I applied a thin coat and wrapped my feet in saran wrap (they recommend using a towel or plastic bags). Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and use a towel to clean the mask. The texture of this mask was very thick and has a scent that is a mixture of a clay mask, and peppermint oil. The mask was very easy to rinse, I didn’t find myself scrubbing much at all. Now it’s time to moisturize!

Step 4: Massage

Simply apply the crème generously to feet and legs using your favorite massage technique. This crème has a smooth, jelly-like texture with a light floral fragrance.

Overall thoughts

This is the perfect set to add to your self-care of pedi routine. Total application time from soak to massage is roughly 27 minutes. The steps were very easy to follow, and my feet were left soft. Not baby foot soft, but softer than they began. Nevertheless, I highly recommend.

The soak looks so trippy! Reminds me of flocking powder. Great to hear that this whole kit is literally half the price of a pedicure and looks like the jars will last you awhile! Great review!
