Pixie Dust is back for another round of shades for the fall. Initially when I saw the preview photos, I thought there was no way this collection was going to be fall appropriate. Boy was I wrong.

The new Zoya Pixie Dust collection for the fall features 5 rich jewel toned shades and one sparkly silver shade. Zoya Pixie Dust Fall 2013 collection retails for $9.00 each and is available on Zoya.com.

Check out my swatches!

Zoya Arabella  is a rich garnet shade. This one does well with one coat.

Zoya Carter is a royal purple base with fuchsia glitter. Reminds me of an amethyst.  The first coat is very weak, just a sheer coat of glitter. I was really disappointed at first because this one was my ‘love at first sight’ bottle. But it’s ok! Another coat will make it totally opaque. As you can see, I went too heavy on my ring finger.

Zoya Chita is a creamy green base with green and gold glitter. Hello Emerald shade! This one worked well with one coat for me.

Zoya Dhara is a beautiful sunset orange with orange and gold glitter. This was another two coater!

Zoya Sunshine is a sapphire blue with silver sparkle. There’s so much silver coating around my bottle of Sunshine that I expected it to be lighter, but this is beautiful indeed. This polish only took one coat for me.

Tomoko is the star of the collection in my opinion. Silver based lacquer with silver glitter. This one did well with one coat.

My faves: Tomoko, Dhara

Black Girl Friendly shades: The entire collection (so glad that I can say that)
